Booking Deposit
Park Lane Apartments take 25% of the total as a deposit.

For short notice arrivals of less than 7 days (from the moment to booking is made) Park Lane Apartments requires payment of the total amount of the reservation.

*Please note they may taken an authorisation of £500 as damages deposit on the credit card provided. This amount is not charged but blocked from the credit card and released automatically within 5 working days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at any time up to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the total.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total.
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the total cost of the stay.
In the event of an early departure, or no show, guests will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

Part of the Park Lane Apartments Group, 34-36 Clarges Street has recently undergone a meticulous refurbishment, with its refreshed appearance showcasing classic interior design. The building itself is situated in an excellent location in the centre of Mayfair just minutes from Green Park underground station which is on the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines with direct access to all parts of the City allowing guests to travel around the Capital with ease. It is just off Piccadilly with its top end boutiques, Fortnum and Masons and for art enthusiasts The Royal Academy. This property is also close to Green Park, on the other side of Piccadilly.

There are two types of apartment in the building: one bedroom and two bedroom. The one bedroom apartments sleep two people with a double bed in the bedroom whereas the two bedroom apartment sleeps three people with one double bedded bedroom and a single bedded bedroom.

All the apartments have television with Freeview and there is Wi Fi access. There is daily maid service during the week (Monday-Friday). For those guests wishing to exercise during their stay the property also offers passes to the local gym.

34-36 does not have a reception at this property guests are requested to initially check-in at its sister property, Shaw House around the corner in Chesterfield Street.
