Apple Apartments Terms and Conditions
Proof of Identity
PLEASE NOTE – APPLE APARTMENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST PHOTO ID AND A PHOTO OF THE CREDIT CARD WHICH MATCHES THE ID PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING IF THE GUEST REFUSES THIS REQUEST.
A £250 deposit may be requested prior to arrival or upon check-in. The deposit will refunded upon inspection of the apartment within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel the booking should the guest refuse to pay the deposit.
Apple Apartments will give general cleaning to the Apartments Monday to Sunday. Apartment servicing is dependent on length of stay and extra servicing is chargeable at some locations as listed here.
Please re-use your towels if you can. Kitchen Crockery will not be cleaned by the staff. You are provided with a dishwasher, soap and washing up utensils, please do use them. Please do not rely on the cleaning staff for this. Apple Apartments expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable condition on departure. If, at our discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. This includes any crockery or Kitchen ware and appliances. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Apple Apartments for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair.
We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the apartment block. If, in our reasonable opinion, smoking has occurred in the apartment during the guests stay, Apple Apartments reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.
Damages to the apartment or contents caused by the guest must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages or damage discovered after the guest vacates, Apple Apartments will notify the booker by e-mail within 1 week of the guest’s departure, providing a detailed breakdown of the applicable charges and the cost of rectifying them. Where possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied. Inventories and condition reports can be provided at the beginning and at the end of the accommodation period if required at a cost of £50 plus VAT.
Consideration to other guests
Please note that all unregistered guests have to leave the premises by eleven o’clock (23:00) pm. Gatherings of persons over the amount of registered guests are not allowed. If required, we can accommodate you with a conference/meeting room at an extra cost. Parties are not allowed in the rooms at any time and may result in the Management requesting the offending party to vacate the premises without refund. Noise pollution will be dealt with under The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 and the amended Noise Act 1996 and may result in a fine of up to £1,000.00. Any abuse or threats to any member of our staff will be taken very seriously and the local authorities will be notified.
Please note that neither Apple Apartments nor the owner can provide insurance for any personal effects. It is therefore strongly advised to make arrangements for insurance cover for personal belongings. We also strongly advise that you do not leave money or valuables (such as small pocketable items) in view in the property for security purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice for the whole period of the booking will be issued upon request.
Keys will be provided upon check in and must be returned upon departure. Keys are to be returned to reception on your check out unless otherwise advised. A charge will be levied for lost or unreturned keys; this may include the cost of changing the lock.
A Security Deposit to cover “additional charges “ including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may be taken at the time of check in. Usually this is £250, however this will be advised on check in.
Regrettably no pets, other than registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments, are allowed in any of the apartments under any circumstances.
If you wish to extend a stay please give us as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.
Where notice to extend a stay has been given, we reserve the right to take all additional payments and charges from any credit/debit card used to make the original booking, or an invoice for the extended period will be sent to your billing address and payment must be made by return.
Apple Apartments reserves the right to treat an early departure or reduction in the number of nights or apartments booked as a cancellation and apartments may be re- let and cancellation charges will apply. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavours to retain any lost items for up to 3 months after your departure date. Email: email@example.com for enquiries relating to lost items.
Where facilities are available and at the owners risk storage of luggage may be provided.
Parking is available at selected properties at an extra cost. It is recommended that this is reserved in advance as spaces are limited and are subject to availability. If parking has been reserved, permits will be issued on check in. All cars are parked at their owners risk and Apple Apartments does not accept any responsibility for damage or theft from vehicles parked.
We enforce a strict 21 and older policy . All guests intending to stay with us are required to present relevant photo identification on check-in. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Apple Apartments reserves the right to refuse check-in should guests not show proof of age. Please contact the general manager for further information.
We do not permit Hen or Stag parties (Bachelorette/Bachelor parties) in any of our properties.
No other guests are permitted in the apartment other than those whose identification was checked at time of check-in.
Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Apple Apartments is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with the property, prior to booking. Apple Apartments cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services.
Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.
A 4% handling fee is applicable for changes in cards once payment has been taken. This is also applicable if we refund a guest under certain circumstances for non-refundable rates.
Each apartment has a standard inventory list. Missing or damaged items will be chargeable to the guest according to the property price list. Viewable here.
