Terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-in & Check-out
Residents can check-in from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 11:00 hours. Extra charge applies for early check-in and late check-out. In the event of early arrival, to guarantee immediate access to the apartment upon arrival, please pre-register the reservation from the night prior to arrival.

2. Reservation
The reservation is valid as soon as a written confirmation is received by both parties. The reservation should be guaranteed with a credit card, company fax or email, to be sent directly to Central Reservations UK i.e. E: sales.london@frasershospitality.com T: +44 (0) 20 7341 5599 F: +44 (0) 20 7341 5588

Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any unguaranteed reservation without prior notice.
Credit card details of the guest will be required when making the booking to guarantee the accommodation unless company agreement has been put in place with Frasers Hospitality prior to the arrival of the guest.

Group reservations (that is to say, reservations for more than 6 accommodations made by the same entity) are subject to the general conditions for group.
Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any non-guaranteed reservation without prior notice.
3 Tenancy Agreement and Deposit

This section is only applicable to reservations made at Fraser Suites Kensington and Fraser Residence Prince of Wales Terrace. The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement. If a third party is to settle the invoice with rent and VAT on behalf of the tenant, Frasers will require the full name, home/company address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant’s contact details. Please note that the notice periods for both lease extension and early departure will be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement. To confirm a reservation, Frasers Hospitality will also require one month’s deposit equals to 4 weeks’ rent exclusive of VAT. A full refund will be organized within 14 working days after departure date.

4. Government Value Added Tax
Rates are per apartment per night, as applicable and are subject to Government Value Added Tax (VAT), charged at the prevailing rate. Please note that any government changes to VAT during this contract period will be reflected as applicable.

5. Payment policy
Frasers requires full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays of 28 nights onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 4 weeks thereafter.
If credit facility has been established between Frasers Hospitality and receiving party, standard 30 days payment applies to all invoices issued from the date of invoice. For reservations, which are to be invoiced back, Frasers Hospitality must receive a written confirmation from the company via company email or written on letterhead paper, stating the correct accounts contact and, if applicable, cost centre or purchase order details.

Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details for Frasers Hospitality will be re-confirmed on each invoice issued.

6. Cancellation policy
Fraser Residence City, Fraser Place Canary Wharf and Fraser Suites Queens Gate
There will be no cancellation charge if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The following cancellation policy will apply if not honoured:
 1 night rent for stays of less than 7 nights
 3 nights rent for stays between 7-27 nights
 7 nights rent for stays of 28+ nights
 14 nights rent for stays of 84+ nights

Fraser Residence Monument, Fraser Residence Blackfriars and Fraser Residence Bishopsgate
There will be no cancellation charge if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival for stays of 1 to 27 nights. The following cancellation policy will apply if not honoured:

There will be no cancellation charge if a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date. The following cancellation policy will apply if not honoured:
 7 nights rent for stays of 28-83 nights
 14 nights rent for stays of 84+ nights

Group bookings and reservations of the penthouse are subject to a different cancellation procedure and terms and conditions.

7. Extension of stays
Any extension of the stay is subject to availability of the required apartment. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. A written request should be sent to Central Reservations stating the name of the guest, Frasers Property, new departure date and method of payment for the remaining nights.
Tenancy extension at Fraser Suites Kensington and Fraser Residence Prince of Wales Terrace will be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement.

8. Early departure
Please note that any price change due to early departure will be applied retroactively to the client’s account starting from the initial arrival date. In the event of an early departure, any reduction in the length of stay that complies with prior notices will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. No Shows
No Shows will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation period.

10. Agreement of Frasers Hospitality’s Terms and Conditions
By placing reservations at the aforementioned rates, the client agrees that he has understood, accepted and will comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party in the event that the other is in breach of this Agreement. Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement (for whatever reason) all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall automatically terminate except for such rights of action as shall have accrued prior to such termination and any obligations which expressly or by implication are intended to come into or continue in force on or after such termination.

Fraser Suites Queens Gate is part of the deluxe Fraser Hospitality group from the striking white exterior of the Victorian property to the stunning modern interiors of the apartments themselves. This property is very close to the Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museums located just off the arterial Cromwell Road. The nearest underground stations are Gloucester Road and South Kensington (District, Piccadilly and Circle lines) with direct links to both the City and West End of London. Kensington is a beautiful residential district of London with many sidewalk cafes and restaurants as well as an abundance of supermarkets large and small, this lovely district is on the doorstep ready to discover.

The property has been recently renovated and guests can choose from a large portfolio of studio, one and two bedroom apartments all beautifully designed with contemporary fittings and modern kitchens. Staying in these apartments is like staying in a hotel but with the added bonus of self-catering facilities. Included in the suites are LCD television, work desk, in room safe and Ipod docking station; the fully fitted kitchen’s come complete with washer dryer to help make each stay as calm as possible.

In terms of general facilities, guests have access to a library with complimentary newspapers, a gymnasium, a self-service laundry room (for the smaller apartments’ visitors) and a spacious lobby, with helpful, multilingual staff on hand to assist guests with any questions they may have. Chargeable extras include babysitting services, daily continental breakfast, extra linen and towels, a meeting room for up to 30 people and the Kensington Cafe with private garden.

Whatever the reason for the visit, be it for professional, leisure or medical reasons (there are three hospitals all in reasonably close proximity: The Royal Marsden; The Brompton; and the Cromwell hospitals; guests at the Fraser Suites Queens Gate are perfectly able to reach their destination with minimum hassle.
