Terms and conditions

Full credit card details are required at time of booking
Credit cards, which are unable to be charged, will result in the reservation being null and void. A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of the booking with the balance being payable 14 days prior to arrival. On arrival at the hotel, all reservations will require a pre-authorisation with a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidentals during your stay.

 

Where such preauthorisation is not possible at check in, guests must first settle their account in full at check in, either in cash or with a valid debit/credit card, and will then be considered as a “cash only” guest and as such will be unable to charge items to their room account

 

Cancellation Policy

 

In event of cancellation (received in writing), a charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge:
28 days or more……………………………… No Charge
14-28 days prior to arrival………………….25% Charge
7-13 days prior to arrival …………………..50% Charge
Less than 7 days ……………………………..100% Charge

 

All reservation cancelations will be issued a unique cancelation reference number, which will be issued to you by the hotel. In the event of dispute over cancelation notification you will be required to produce this reference number.

 

Damage Liability

 

Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and / or replacement arising as a result of misuse and / or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against any such damage and / or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by Collingham Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.

 

Room Availability

 

We will try to accommodate your preferred choice of specific room subject to availability
Check in time is from 2pm Check out time is 11am. Additional charges will be applied to the guest account for later departures, the hotel may charge 50% of the room rate for additional use of the room until 6pm, and 100% of the room rate if still occupied after 6pm.

 

Room occupation

 

The number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is limited to the number of beds provided therein.

 

Children’s Policy and Sofa Bed Policy

 

Child Policy
Children under 6 years of age sharing their parents room are accommodated free of charge.
We are delighted to provide cots at no charge Subject to availability for children up to two years of age.

 

Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years of age or one adult, can use the sofa bedat a cost of £20per night.

 

Pet and Guide Dog Policy

 

Animals are not accepted unless assisting with disabilities in which case the animals are accommodated free of charge.

 

Inability to Accommodate

 

In the unlikely event that upon your arrival at the hotel, we are, for whatever reason, unable to provide you with the accommodation booked by you, we will, at our expense, transfer you to a suitable local hotel (single one way journey) and we will settle your accommodation charges direct with the other hotel. We will then settle any difference direct with the other hotel.

Collingham Serviced Apartments are set in a Victorian townhouse overlooking Courtfield Gardens’ a private garden square. This property is perfectly located for guests working in the City but who wish to live in Kensington as it is a very simple commute. Positioned centrally between Earls Court and Gloucester Road underground stations on the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines this classic building is in a residential area surrounded by homes and a short stroll to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The world renowned Sainsbury and Waitrose are mere footsteps away.

The residence is operated by Beverley and Govinda and consist of one bedroom apartments sleeping 2 people, two bedroom apartments sleeping 4 people and three bedroom apartments sleeping 6 people. Every apartment is immaculately presented and maintained and guests can enjoy a fully fitted and equipped kitchen complete with washer dryer, as well as a roof terrace and balcony for certain apartments. With high speed wireless internet and cable television included, these apartments are perfect to relax in, as well as being ideally placed for exploring The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the surrounding areas such as the museums and Royal parks.

These apartments are serviced Monday-Saturday each week. The reception is manned 7 days per week so there is always somebody on hand to answer questions and help with advice.
