Children and Extra Beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge if using existing beds
All children under 2 years are charged £20.00 (per person per night) and we will provide children’s cots/cribs.

All children above 2 years as well as adults will be charged £50.00 (per person per night) for additional beds. Children up to age 12.
The maximum number of extra beds or cots permitted in a room is 1
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs; these will have to be paid for separately during your stay
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later – or in case of no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival.

Credit card information will be required for guaranteeing purposes and for any incidentals that may accrue during your stay. Full prepayment via Bank Transfer would be required 28 days prior to the day of arrival.

Remittance/Proof of this transaction must be emailed to Basil Street Apartments Reservations Department.

Email: info@basilstreetapartments.com along with the name of the Agency/Guest and Reservation dates.

Clients should be aware that they are liable for any damages or breakages caused whilst in the accommodation and will be charged on the credit card provided.

Check-in/Check-out Procedures
Standard check-in time is from 3pm
Standard check-out time is by 10am

Arrivals outside these hours, Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays
Check-in steps:

We will provide you with a unique pin code that will allow you to enter the apartments. Automated em-mail will be sent to you one day prior to the day of arrival.
Once you have arrived you will press the buzzer and enter the building
On the left-hand side you will see a safe box where you will need to enter your unique pin code. The box will then open and the key to your apartment will be lit in green
On the touch screen, please press green lit key sign and then pull the key from the box.
Once you have your key you can enter your apartment and enjoy your stay with us.

Upon check-in you will be asked to sign the contract and you will need to provide:

Credit card details (for pre-authorisation)
A valid passport (to be photocopied).

Pets not allowed.
