Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement (TALA) issued for bookings under 3 months. Full Tenancy Agreement issued for bookings of 3 months or longer.

£500/bedroom for bookings under 90 days
£500 for all corporate bookings.

Full payment due minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received:
28 days before arrival – full refund
21-28 days before arrival – 10% of total amount due up to 3 weeks rent
If less than 21days before arrival – 100% of total amount due up to 3 weeks rent
