Cancellation & No Show Policy
All non-guaranteed reservations will be released 24 hours after the reservation has been made. All reservations need to be guaranteed by guest/company credit card or official written billing instructions (where the company has credit facilities with the Residence).
Any reduction in booking duration prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable terms will apply. A new reservation requested for some/all of the previous dates agreed will be subject to the terms and rate applicable to the new requested dates.
One & Two-Bedroom Residences
Reservations of up to 14 nights must be cancelled by 2pm 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will incur a charge equal to one night plus tax.
Reservations of 14-29 nights must be cancelled by 2pm 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will incur a charge equal to 3 nights plus tax.
Reservations of 30 nights or more must be cancelled by 2pm 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will incur a charge equal to 14 nights plus tax.
