Terms and Conditions:
Flexible Rate: payment is taken prior to arrival. Booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival.
Advance purchase rate: full pre-payment required upon booking, non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferrable at any time.
We strongly recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation charges.
VAT is charged .
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Should early access to the apartment be required before 15:00, it is recommended to pre-booking from the night before. For guests who arrive earlier Cheval will be more than happy to store luggage until the apartment is ready allowing time to explore the city or commit to plans made in advance.
Check-out is at 11:00 hours on the morning of departure.

The newest addition to the Cheval Collection portfolio, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison is a boutique style apartment property situated in the popular royal London borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Lexham Gardens is a Victorian residence and retains many original features whilst having been stylishly and contemporarily refurbished to a luxurious standard. A short walk to a selection of transport options from buses along the Cromwell Road to Hyde Park and Piccadilly Circus in one direction and Heathrow airport in the other. Gloucester Road underground station also links to Heathrow and the heart of the city. In the neighbourhood are many iconic buildings including the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods and Kensington Palace.
Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison offers a selection of one and two bedroom beautifully appointed spacious apartments all fully airconditioned for those sticky summer months. If you prefer not to visit supermarkets, both Sainsburys and Waitrose (literarily on your doorstep) offer an online delivery service.
All the apartments are equipped with high speed WIFI and for those long evenings relax in front of the smart TV which come with Chromecast for streaming.
In the lower level there is a communal fitness room and also a shared garden.
And finally, for peace of mind the property has 24 hour Reception and 24 hour CCTV security.
