The above rates are exclusive of VAT which is chargeable at 20% for the first 28 nghts, and 4%
thereafter, unless otherwise stated.
Rates are commissionable.
Q Apartments reserves the right to re-negotiate the rates and terms and conditions of this
agreement at any time.
Cancellation
Bookings of 1 to 28 nights, reservation cancellations or changes to be advised in writing by 11am
(GMT), 24 hours prior to arrival.
For bookings of 29 nights plus, reservation cancellations or changes to be advised in writing by 11am
(GMT), 7 days prior to arrival.
